COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
Crossroads Physical Therapy has implemented internal protocols to assure the safety of our patients, therapists and staff. If you have an upcoming appointment and are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, such as a cough, fever of 100.0 degrees or greater, or shortness of breath, we kindly ask that you call our office to reschedule.
*Starting Friday, March 20, 2020, we are asking ALL patients to call our front desk (402-420-0800) from their car upon their arrival. Your therapist will then be notified of your arrival and will come to get you from your car. We are also requiring masks for all therapists, staff and patients at this time.*
We have intensified our housekeeping and infection control procedures, along with offering treatment in private rooms, allowing us to continue to offer quality care without increasing exposure risks to you, our visitors, or staff.
We are continuing to educate our workforce on self-screening of signs and symptoms through reliable resources such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
