Megan graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Megan has received continuing education in Pilates rehabilitation with the osteoporotic patients and patients with spine conditions. Megan is also a fully certified Pilates instructor.

Megan utilizes her Pilates knowledge with her clients and patients to emphasize posture, movement re-education, and core stability to optimize daily function and performance.

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children and their goldendoodle, Finn.
