Each 45 minute session is offered in a private treatment room.

Crossroads offers same day appointments for patients with acute conditions.

Your initial consultation and each return visit will include posture analysis, body movement screening, measurement of joint range of motion and muscular strength testing. You will also receive feedback on the mechanical relationships of any imbalances found and how they may be contributing to your current problem or symptoms. An easy to follow exercise and activity program will continue your treatment in your own home after each visit.
